Lately I´ve been...
...eating a lot of freshly picked blackberries.

...eating chokograin buns for the first time and now have a new craving.

So fresh and a beautiful print skirt.
Så fik jeg endelig set Malene Birgers spektakulære og retrospektive show igennem, og jeg er blæst bagover. Jeg kunne tydeligt se referencerne fra hendes første kollektioner som den med kløverprintet og skyerne frem til i år, med de klare farver som pink. Der var i den grad noget for enhver smag, og rigtig meget min smag.
Især er tilbehøret helt i en klasse for sig. Også selvom skoene minder mig meget om Manolo Blahniks stil. Men det er der jo bestemt intet galt i.
Smykkerne kunne lige så vel bruges i denne sommer som til næste år, men så betyder det vel bare at man kan nogle af de sager man har købt i år igen.
Faktisk kunne det meste af kollektionen sagtens være brugt i år, afslutningen med de lange nederdele og hvide t-shirts, mindede jo svært meget om Jill Sanders SS11 kollektion, Stella McCartney og Jill Sander´s paisley prints fra SS12, og de printede bukser har man jo ikke kunne komme uden om.
Men det siger vel mere om hvordan linjerne mellem kollektioner og sæsoner bliver udvikset, og trendsne har et længere liv end bare 4-6 måneder. Mere økonomisk og regentlig meget rart.
Men når alt kommer til alt, så er det bare en fantastisk kollektion.
Malene Birger gør det igen.
I finally got round to watching Malene Birger´s spectacular and retrospective show and I´m blown away. I could see all the references to her previous collections from her clover and cloud collections to the present with it´s crisp colours like pink. There was certainly something for everyone and especially my taste.
The accessories were in a league of their own. The shoes had a slight reference to Manolo Blahnik, but that´s fine with me. The jewellery could might as well be from this season, but that just means that the stuff bought this season can be used next year as well.
In general could most of the collection easily have been used this season, the ending with the long skirts and white t-shirts reminded me a lot of Jill Sander´s collection from SS11, then there´s the paisley print from Stella McCartney and Jill Sander SS12 and the printed pants which have been everywhere this season.
But I guess that´s the change in fashion which has happend over the last couple of years. The boarders between the different collections and seasons disappear and trends have a longer life than 4-6 months. More economical and quite nice.
But all in all just a fantastic collection.
Malene Birger does it again.

En uge i sommerhus med al slags vejr og max afslapning betyder samtidig seriøs minus på fashion fronten, og maxet ud på den behagelige front. Disse 3 "outfit" beskriver meget godt min stil i løbet af ugen. Ferien sluttede af med et bryllup i fredags, som man bl.a. kan se billeder fra på Instagram (missbettydk), men fik desværre ikke foreviget mit outfit.
A week in a summerhouse with all kinds of weather and total relaxation means a serious lack of fashion and one hell of lot of comfort. These 3 "outfits" kinda expresses my look througout the week. The holiday ended with a wedding which you can see pictures from on Instagram (missbettydk), but I forgot to take a picture of my outfit.

Hello from far away
En lille hilsen fra sommerhus, hvor det pt regner. Derfor står den på CSI/OL og hygge. Kreta blev det desværre ikke i denne omgang, men vi tager revanche senere på året.
Ovenfor er hvad jeg godt gad at gå efteråret i møde med samt have i min sofa. En vaskeægte Chanel pude. Hvor crazy er det lige?!
Derudover er det min udsigt fra sofaen: CSI Miami og regn.

A little shout out from the countryside where it's currently raining. The agenda for today is therefore CSI/Olympics and relaxing. The original plan was Crete but something came up, but we'll get there later this year.
The above is an outit I wouldn't mind wearing come fall and having in my sofa. A real life Chanel leather cushion. How crazy is that!?
