Easter!

 A walk along the beach near the summerhouse!
 This rocks!
 Sensible shoes.
Where it´s at!
 My homemade passionfruit cupcakes with lime buttercream, toasted coconut and an egg.
Easter yellow! 

I går stod den på påskefrokost med familien i sommerhus. Outfit var alt andet end inspirerende, snarere praktisk og varmt selvom solen heldigvis var på vores side. 
Der blev spist, spist og spist, jagtet æg i haven, gået tur ved stranden og spist lidt mere. 
Mit bidrag var frugtsalat og påske cupcakes. 
De blev lavet med en standard opskrift tilføjet gul farve og frysetørret passionsfrugt, på toppen en lime buttercream, ristet kokosflager og et mågeæg.
De smagte meget godt, hvis man må sige det selv. 

GOD PÅSKE!

Yesterday was the day of the big Easter lunch with the family in a summerhouse. The outfit was anything but interesting, more in the lines of practical and warm even though the sun was present the whole time. 
We ate, ate again and ate some more, went hunting for Easter eggs in the garden, went for a walk along the beach and ate some more 
My contribution was fruit salad and Easter cupcakes. 
The recipe was just a standard cup cake recipe to which I added yellow food colouring and freezedried passionfruit, and topped it off with a lime buttercream, toasted coconut flakes and a little marzipan egg. 
They were very tasty if I may say so myself.
